Heather, Jennifer and Rachel did a tremendous job in making sure all requirements for the negotiation and final closing were met in a timely fashion. 

While the entire team did a great job Rachel was fantastic.  She did yeoman's work in helping us search for a home over the course of over a year.  Many phone calls and house hunting trips were responded to without delay.  Her answers to a multitude of questions were handled quickly and with correct information.  As we neared closing she found, contacted and scheduled multiple inspectors for review of various aspects of the home. In addition she met all of them at our new home.  She was very helpful in the negotiations, again handling questions and responses correctly and quickly.  I would say she went well above and beyond what is called for.   We think the world of Rachel.
